The Daily Grind

Rather than focusing on repeated motions, functional fitness incorporates many movements at the same time, ultimately making everyday tasks easier. These CrossFit style classes combine aerobic conditioning, strength training, core conditioning and flexibility exercise.  Great for beginner to advanced.  You work at your own pace and ability.
