Support and guidance offered to best achieve realistic and sustainable health goals. Our health coach guides each client in setting goals and developing new lifestyle habits and changes to help maximize health and wellness through movement, nutrition, and mindfulness.
PROGRAM INCLUDES:

12 weekly, 30 minute one-on-one sessions with our health coach

Blood pressure check

BMI measurement

Customized workout/exercise program for each client to perform on their own

Glucose testing

Health assessment using our InBody scale to measure body composition

Introduction of food tracking, journaling, and nutrition coaching
