New Class Offering: Children's Yoga
Children deal with many distractions, over stimulations, and demands. Help your child unwind at the end of the day by taking advantage of the many benefits of yoga. It helps to develop body awareness, build concentration, and provides an alternative outlet to escape the stresses they may be dealing with. Children's Yoga will be on Wednesdays at 6:45-7:15pm in the multipurpose room with Kathryn Moss.
