BODY BARRE is a workout based on small isometric movements focusing on your core, arms, thighs, and seat. This class will help you connect your thoughts and focus towards each muscle you will be working. Using mostly your own body weight, Body Barre will be a small but mighty challenge on your body and your minds. (Avoid wearing shorts to this class).
