FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
At the Wabash County YMCA, we are dedicated to ensuring that everyone in our community has access to the valuable resources and programs we offer. Through our Financial Assistance Program, we provide support to those in need, offering peace of mind and opportunities for growth to families facing financial challenges.
Our program subsidizes YMCA membership fees by up to 80% and program costs by up to 40%, based on a sliding scale that takes into account family size and income. This means that families and individuals can access our facilities, services, and programs at rates that are affordable and equitable. If you qualify for food stamps, you automatically qualify for the highest assistance rate we provide in each category.
We believe in the importance of inclusion and accessibility, and our promise is that no one will be turned away from the YMCA due to an inability to pay. Whether you're seeking a safe environment for your child, support for teenagers, or essential social services for your family, the YMCA is here to help.
