THE TOTAL HEALTH CHALLENGE SERIES
The Total Health Challenge Series is a wellness initiative made up of four identical 12-week challenges, offered quarterly throughout the year. Each challenge follows the same structure, rules, support, and award framework, allowing participants to join at any point during the year.
The four quarterly challenges are:
• Quarter 1: New Year Kickstart, Begins January 12, 2026
• Quarter 2: Spring Shape-Up, Begins April 13, 2026
• Quarter 3: Summer Burn, Begins July 13, 2026
• Quarter 4: Fall Into Fitness, Begins October 19, 2026
Each quarter is designed as a fresh, judgment-free reset, focused on building consistency, reinforcing healthy habits, and supporting long-term wellness rather than short-term results. Participants may choose to complete a single quarter or continue through multiple quarters. There is no requirement to complete prior challenges, and no catch-up is needed to join a later session.
All four challenges are structured the same and provide the same education, support, accountability, and award opportunities each quarter. While dates and timelines adjust with each challenge, the rules and framework remain consistent throughout the series.
