Assessments are used to determine a swimmer’s ability to be on the club team. Coaches may recommend some swimmers continue to take swim lessons if their swimming ability lacks stamina and correct stroke mechanics. Our goal is to have all swimmers enjoy their swimming experience, which is best met by placing them at an appropriate level where they can thrive and learn.

-
When thunder or lightning is first noticed, pool activities will be suspended and all aquatic areas will be evacuated until 30 minutes after the last sign of thunder or lightning.
-
The entire pool area, including the pool deck, will be closed. Current policies are based on best practices identified by the American Red Cross and require that the entire aquatics area be closed.
-
All programs will be cancelled, including swim lessons and water aerobics classes. Paid programs will be rescheduled for a later date. Please check with a staff member for more information on programs that are rescheduled.
