✔ Important Membership Requirements
- Joiner’s Fee required for:
- All new members
- Members returning after a 60-day lapse
- Liability Waiver must be completed for each household member
- Members must follow YMCA policies and guidelines outlined in the New Member Handbook
- Members must stop at the Member Services Desk before entering to receive ID tag(s)

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
To cancel your membership, fill out the form at the Member Services Desk prior to the 15th of the month to cancel the next draft. Membership will be valid until the end of the month of cancellation.
