Setup Times
Wednesday, October 7 – 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM (Early Setup Option)
Thursday, October 8 – 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM (Final Setup)
All booths must be fully set up by 9:15 AM

Expo Hours
9:30 AM – 12:00 PM - Vendors are required to remain open until 12:00 PM

Vendor Fees

Early Bird: $125 (by September 1, 2026)
Standard: $150 (after September 1, 2026)

Nonprofit Organizations

If you are a non-profit or community organization, you may qualify for discounted or free participation upon approval. Email Brooke Robinson at marketing@wabashcountyymca.org for more information.

One year of business exposure at the YMCA’s monthly 1st Friday Bingo events

Ongoing networking opportunities at monthly Senior Marketing Group luncheons (last Thursday of each month)

The Wellness & Lifestyle Expo is presented by the Senior Marketing Group of Wabash County in partnership with the Wabash County YMCA. Together, this annual event serves to connect the community with trusted services, programs, and opportunities that support healthy, engaged living for older adults in Wabash County.

About the Senior Marketing Group

The Senior Marketing Group of Wabash County is a network of local businesses and organizations committed to serving the needs of older adults. Through collaboration, networking, and community events like the Wellness & Lifestyle Expo, the group works alongside the Wabash County YMCA to strengthen services and outreach for this population.

All monies raised through the Wellness & Lifestyle Expo are reinvested directly into senior activities and programs in the Wabash County community.

Get Involved

The Senior Marketing Group meets on the last Thursday of each month at 11:30 a.m. at The Fried Egg in Wabash, Indiana. These meetings provide a collaborative networking opportunity for industry partners and a place to share ideas, offer input, and help shape events like the Wellness & Lifestyle Expo. New faces are always welcome.
