Join us for a high-energy, interactive event celebrating community, connection, and healthy living! The Wellness & Lifestyle Expo brings together 50+ local businesses and organizations offering products, services, and resources for active older adults and their families.

Breakfast Treat (First 100 Guests) - Start your day with a complimentary healthy breakfast parfait - a perfect grab-and-go option for early arrivals!
Free Lunch at Noon (First150 Attendees) - At 12:00 PM, the first 150 guests still present will receive a free lunch to enjoy as the event wraps up.
Bingo- Stay after lunch and enjoy a fun and free round of Bingo with gift card prizes awarded for every winning card - most valued at $10 or more. A special prize will be awarded to the coverall winner!
Free Health Screenings - Take advantage of onsite services like flu shots, hearing checks, blood pressure screenings, balance assessments, and more.
Interactive Booths & Live Demos - Enjoy hands-on activities, wellness information, entertainment, fitness demos, and engaging conversations at every booth.

Setup Times:
Wednesday, November 12 – 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM (Early Setup Option)
Thursday, November 13 – 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM (Final Setup)
All booths must be fully set up by 8:45 AM
Expo Hours:
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM - Vendors are required to remain open until 12:00 PM
