MEMBER WEIGHTLIFTING EVENT

Join fellow Wabash County YMCA lifters as we challenge ourselves, encourage one another, and set new personal records. This members-only event takes place twice each year - spring and fall - and features the three classic power lifts: Bench Press, Squat, and Deadlift
Participants compete against themselves by establishing or improving their personal bests. Lifters are recognized for individual lift achievements, overall combined totals, personal records, and body-weight ratio performance.
Divisions
- Teens (Ages 15-18, must be in high school)
- Adults (Ages 19+)
- Masters (Ages 40+) - Masters lifters may also compete in the Adult division.
POWER 3 CLUB
The Power 3 Club recognizes athletes who reach elite combined totals across all three lifts - bench, squat, and deadlift. To qualify, lifters must achieve one of the following combined totals:
Men
- 1,000 lbs
- 1,250 lbs
- 1,500 lbs
Women
- 500 lbs
- 750 lbs
- 1,000 lbs
Members who reach these milestones earn exclusive Power 3 Club recognition and a commemorative t-shirt.

POWER 3 CLUB - BENCH, SQUAT, DEADLIFT

Members also have the opportunity to join the Power 3 Club and receive a t-shirt! The Power 3 Club consists of three lifts: bench, squat and deadlift. Members will make this club by lifting at least 1,000 pounds, 1,250 pounds, or 1,500 pounds for males or 500 pounds, 750 pounds, or 1,000 pounds for females with a combined total weight.
