Couch to 5K
GET UP & GET MOVING
Looking for something to help you get active? Join us for this 14 week adventure designed to take you from no or low activity to completing a 5K (3.1 miles) run! Receive accountability and support by meeting with a coached walking/running group 2 times a week.
Program consists of 2 weeks of strength training, followed by an introduction to running through intervals of walking and jogging. Course includes tips on how to be a successful runner, injury prevention exercises, and stretching.

WHO: Open to all ages and levels; 11 and younger must participate with a parent or guardian
WHEN: Starting July 26th — Oct. 27th Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:30pm
COST: $30 Y-Members / $50 Non-Members
LOCATION: WABASH COUNTY YMCA
REGISTRATION: Prior registration is required online or at the Member Services desk at the Y.
Registration includes a t-shirt AND entry into the Dash in the Bash 5K Race on 10/30/21

Swim the Great Lakes
Push yourself as you swim across all of the Great Lakes! All swimmers will receive a t-shirt for each lake, swim all 5 Great Lakes, and get another shirt!
