Exercise Studios
Flexible Spaces for Movement, Fitness, and Fun
The Wabash County YMCA features two Group Exercise Studios designed to support a wide variety of fitness activities, classes, and personal workouts. These studios provide welcoming, adaptable spaces for members of all fitness levels to move, train, and connect.
Studio A is our larger group exercise studio and features a cushioned floor ideal for floor-based training such as yoga, stretching, and strength classes. The room is fully equipped with hand weights, resistance bands, weighted bars, and other equipment to support a wide range of group exercise formats and functional training.
Studio B is designed for movement-based classes and specialty programs. This studio features a floor well-suited for country line dancing and includes spin bikes for indoor cycling classes. It is also used for Parkinson’s boxing programs and other specialized fitness offerings.
When classes are not in session, both studios are available for member use for private workouts.
Studio Use Guidelines
- Members ages 10–14 may use the studios with a responsible adult present
- Members ages 15 and older may use the studios independently
- Studios may be used for private workouts when no class is in session
- Please clean and return all equipment after use so the space is ready for the next participant
These studios reflect the YMCA’s commitment to healthy living by offering versatile, well-equipped spaces that encourage movement, strength, and community at every stage of life.
